My display dessert back then for IKIP IASCC Culinary Competition held in Pahang. Such a wonderful moments. meeting friends and lecturers from UiTM Penang make me shed tears. That moments when you realized your teacher see you growing up being someone they hopeful for. It is a good moments. Hoping to be part of the Team of UiTM regional team Malaysia someday. And being someone that proud by the people who teach me. Oh and yes, gold medal and the only one for this classes. Alhamdulillah ala kulli hall. This is all from Him and for Him.

Battle of the Chef 2014 Display Dessert. Although just Diploma certificate it really teach me what display are when you are entering master / proffesional / non apprentice level. Ala kulli hal, still got bronze and gold medal for fruit and vegetable carving. Stay humble, stay professional. Regard from UiTM Puncak Alam / Shah Alam Culinary Team.
