Achievements

  • Participated in Culinary Competition locally and internationally:

1.   5th Penang Chef Challenge 2012 - Bronze medal on apprentice display dessert (asian/continental).

2.   Penang beach carnival 2012 for Eastern Trophy - Bronze medal for fruit and vegetable carving competition.

3.   IKIP Advance skills Centre Asian Culinary Challenge 2013 - Silver medal for fruit carving individual and Silver medal for fruit carving team.

4.   Culinaire Malaysia 2013 - Bronze medal for Junior Chef's Gourmet Battle Culinaire Malaysia 2013.

5.   Battle of The Chef 2014 - Bronze medal for individual fruit and vegetable carving, Diploma certificate for display plated dessert (asian/continental), and Gold medal for team fruit and vegetable carving.

6.   IKIP Advance skills Centre Asian Culinary Challenge 2015 - Bronze medal for individual fruit and vegetable carvingBronze medal for team fruit and vegetable carving, and Gold medal for display plated dessert (asian/continental).

7.   Culinaire Malaysia 2015 Participated in Pastry Showpiece (chocolate showpiece) and Petit four / praline.

  • Being appeared on Magazine Interview “Dewi kampus” for Magazine Mingguan Wanita BIL:1639 | 17 April – 23 April 2015 

  •  Involvement in the industrial for practical training at Pearl International Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Flora Terrace Casual Dining Restaurant at Jalan Tun Razak Kuala Lumpur. 

  •  Experience in Hotel industry for part time job at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur as Pastry and bakery
