Bismillah, Back then when Im on my diploma study at UiTM Penang. Being a food taster with others collegue friends, lecturers and public selected people for Malaysia Culinary Team for their Culinary Olympic Germany 2012. The food was good and the ambiance are better. Having this at Laman Grill by Chef Zubir. 

Bismillah, Back then when manage an event of UiTM Regional Team Malaysia before boarding to luxembourg for International Culinary Competition for regional team. Picture shown only for petit fours. Wondering that, the weight measured of the petit four is around 20gm, perhaps below from that. 

Bismillah,  My pastry class back then when in semester 3 bachelor. Using simple ingredient and what's have there, and the result just an ordinary. 

Bismillah Battle of the Chef 2014 Display Dessert. Although just Diploma certificate it really teach me what display are when you are entering master / proffesional / non apprentice level. Ala kulli hal, still got bronze and gold medal for fruit and vegetable carving. Stay humble, stay professional. Regard from UiTM Puncak Alam / Shah Alam Culinary Team.

Bismillah, This was the first day I'm discover my tiredness yet awesome life. Penang Chef Challenge (PCC) 2012, for display dessert in which is the UiTM Culinary Team teach me wide lesson being a good chef not just a cook. My passion life begin here. Although it was my first issue, but I manage to complete the task
